Rules and Regulations
- You are required to remain on Campus at all times, except for emergencies. (Recitals, Tournaments, Graduations, etc are not considered emergencies.) YOU must make up your mind which function YOU want to attend. It is not fair to the other girls who abide by the rules. (If you have any questions concerning this rule, please do not hesitate to contact director immediately.)
- Credit card telephones are available, ONLY. Emergency calls may be received in the office.
- No visitors are permitted on Campus. Parents and the Public are invited to attend the Inauguration Program on Wednesday Evening and the Girls State Revue on Thursday Evening, both at 7 P.M. Only – to be held at Stonehill College.
- Please be sure to return the REGISTRATION SHEET, MASSACHUSETTS GIRLS STATE PLEDGE (signed by YOU and YOUR Parent or Guardian), the PARENTS CONSENT/MEDICAL CERTIFICATE on or before the MAY 13, 2012 DEADLINE , so that you may receive your Party assignments.
- Arrive on campus, Saturday, June 16, 2012 between 9:00 a..m.and 10:00 a.m. Box lunch is available .
- Depart campus, Friday, June 22, 2012 anytime after 12 PM . Box lunch is available .
All citizens MUST be off campus by 2 PM . THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Come prepared to be busy, to learn, and to be an active part of Massachusetts Girls State . Plan to run for some office. Do not come prepared for only fun and games. It is a learning experience. ONE, WHICH YOU LEARN BY DOING.
